De Nor Professionals, LLC, is a Management Company owned and operated by Ms. Norene Rodriguez. Ms. Rodriguez began managing Community Associations in 2003 while servicing her own community as a Board President.

Ms. Rodriguez prides herself on quality service, performance, and integrity and is a Licensed Community Association Manager, Certified by the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations.

Ms. Rodriguez was born in Chicago, IL grew up in Caguas, Puerto Rico and graduated from Manuela Toro High School in 1980. Following graduation, she attended the University of Turabo, Puerto Rico. Ms. Rodriguez relocated to the St. Cloud area in 2003 where she established tenure at Villas Del Castillo Property Owners Association and held a Director’s position as the President of the Community. Ms. Rodriguez expressed interest and held various positions such as Vice President and Treasurer for Villas Del Castillo throughout the years.
 Ms. Rodriguez attended two colleges in California where she successfully completed and obtained certifications in Criminal Justice. She graduated from El Camino College, Los Angeles, CA, in 1992 and Miramar College, San Diego, CA in 1995.  Ms. Rodriguez has an extensive background in Management and is very knowledgeable in the areas of Home Owners Association Operations and Florida Statutes. Ms. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ashford University, Clinton, Iowa and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.  
Valentin Ramos, LCAM

Mr. Ramos is a Licensed Community Association Manager, certified by the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations. Mr. Ramos has established tenure in Community Associations for over twenty years.

Mr. Ramos has an extensive background in Management and is highly knowledgeable in the areas of Home Owners Association Operations and Florida Statutes. Mr. Ramos is focused on achieving excellence and services to Community Associations throughout Central Florida and has established with elected officials at County and State level.

Mr. Ramos was the Editor of Poinciana Pioneer for over 20 years. His practice reflects in the area of Community Covenants and Architectural Review Committee. He was the Founder and Director of Parks and Recreation Department for the Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc. Mr. Ramos was the Controller of in-house Corporate Legal and Delinquent Collections Section. He has overseen and participated in management decisions related to a seven-plus million dollar budget for one of the largest HOA's in the Nation.
